Dwyka Resources Ltd. (DWY AU), which mines for diamonds in South Africa, gained 10 cents, or 6.9 percent, to A$1.55. Dwyka said July 20 it issued 3,962,757 shares to Savinara Company SA pursuant to a shareholders earn-in agreement in relation to Swazi Gold Ventures Ltd.
