I always thought both sides were corrupt, but given how they are clearly sticking it to Trump and not a smidge about the clearly 'also dodgy' other side, it does look like much more than mere corruption in the system.
It looks like an organised political mafia, which REALLY shakes your confidence in our political systems and speaks as to there being no hope for civilisation.  Just more oligarch thugs dressed in the robes of patriotism.
