The money I've made on the market has come from picking successful juniors with a good story at an early stage. In my view PEL has a great story with a nickel resource ready to scrape off the ground in the Phillipines just waiting for Govt approval which should come any time after the Phillipine elections in a couple of weeks time.
No major infrastructure is required. they just scrape it up, load into barges and it will be processed by QLD Nickel.
Fewer than 100M shares, no need for capital raisngs and a market that's hot for nickel. All the components for an economic operation are there.
