It does not matter what 5 year plan they promote, the companies main operations are way up the cost curve, (like most other junior Australian base metals producers!).
Being in the top 20 % as to costs of production is a dangerous place to be in when prices go volatile such as now. You want to aim for the lowest 20-25% in terms of costs.
Am curious as to how much they get for any asset sales-the balance sheet sure could use a bundle of cash at the moment.
