We have a $7m market cap so besides the $3m to $4m this 5% makes up a large percentage of our market cap therefore this news should be disclosed to the market under the continuous disclosure rules.

I think it's time for a visit to the ASX website to find out who to notify of this breach of the listing rules by our directors.
