    That's Page 3 of the Appendix 5B for that Quote (about middle of the page):

    "An R&D Tax Incentive refund of $279,000 is expected by the end of March 2019."

    So every time Nags spends $1m on Exploration , there is a $435,000 Rebate to come (about 9-12 mths later) Exploration Costs (Drilling) escalated about April 2018 & now the Rebates are starting to bring 43.5% of those Costs back into the Company.
