Well I would prefer lower gearing. However I know and have researched the company in South Africa. They seem to have done a very good job there. If they purge themselves of Orchard I would be even happier.
The assets have a good look about them and I think they have taken all the pain needed. They (growthpoint RSA directors) are investing their assets (as you can see from the disclosures).
