Don't give Barrick too much credit. The same applies to any large organisation or institution. They have large groups of various stakeholders to apease. In their eyes, if Argent's offer for Bullant was too good to refuse, then they were obliged to accept.
However I wouldn't be surprised to see a nice resource upgrade in the near future.
Too many Kalgoorlie locals 'in the know' are involved here, combined with strong director ownership (including another sizeable on-market purchase today) makes this a lucrative proposition at these prices.
