IMO 2 deals 1 x china = $40m PA 1 x Maylasia $80m PA Total revenue from just 2 contracts = $120m
profit margin 65% = $78m. This is the basis of the ETC forecast NPAT.
The deal Saddington has with AQSIQ is massive and obviously they are very well connnected in China.
The relationship ETC have with this company could lead to other contracts in China and possibly other countries where Saddington or their affiliates have business.
20500 please correct if I am wrong but it seemed to me that you were trying to show the potential of this relationship and the near term opportunities that are already in the pipe line because of this relationship.
However the explanations seem to have gone pear shaped.
I have been to China for business about 50 times since 1990 and you can not achieve any thing in mainland China with out introductions and relationships.
The decline in the share price which was not expected has caused angst to all us small shareholders. Finally i thought the s/p held up today as i was worried in the morning as the signs did not look strong hopefully we can rebound from here.
