So on 27_june.. GCL will be suspended from trading and we will be issued yancoal shares or/and CVR (which may be redeemed for at least $3). I am guessing I will get 1x CVR and 1x yancoal share per GCL share I hold.


Will the CVRs be tradeable on ASX? If so, they should start trading early July at around $3?

So basically.. at my buy in price.. $3 of the price I paid ($3.82) is guranteed unless GCL goes bust etc
