One is Ziptel Limited, the other is Zip Co Limited. Two completely different company names. In fact if you look at the ASIC register there's also Zips Pty Ltd, Zip About Pty Ltd, Zip Clean Pty Ltd, Zip Ella, Zip FInco, Zip Group, Zip Id, Zip Line, Zip Zap Zip-On, Zip-Zeem Zip Transport Zip Support, Zip Securities, Zip COuriers, Zip Plus, Zip Sheets, Zip & Co....and the list goes on.
