agree with @rubs1973
you will not be worse off by voting no:
- the proposed IMA terms are more beneficial to the manager but inferior for shareholders;
- none of the board members deserve re-election based on what we all saw last 12 months;
- remuneration report - no comment;
- change of company name - only makes sense if new IMA gets voted in for next 10 years.
