I was simply stating all the parameters that can influence the value of a business. This is a certainty, not an opinion. Whether or not I explicitly take each of these into consideration in a valuation, is another question.
The point, which you seem to have missed, is to show you how arbitrary and dare I say silly, it is to state that valuations are to be performed twice a year.
It's very simple. When relevant facts change, your valuation may have to change.
