The big end of town knows that both ASX & ASIC are toothless & lack the will &/or conviction to police them & what we are increasingly seeing is blatant manipulation.
Seems that this is a cyclical phenomenon that comes to the fore at long term tops when the crooks have become so emboldened by years getting away with disguised manipulation that they eventually drop all pretence of disguise.
