You are totally wrong.
1 for 67 at todays close will be equivalent to a price of 1.608 after the consolidation.
Then they are issuing 10 mill for Balama , 11,194,030 for Save and 11,194,030 for Sese, then they are issuing 20 mill shares in a CR after adding in the old shares of 4,905,046 there will be 57,293.106 on issue 67,662,709 if all the C/Notes are converted into shares giving a market cap of 67,662,708 x 1.60 = 108 mill nearly the same as TON.
Anyone purchasing are buying pre consolidation so you have to multiply the purchase price by 67 for a post consolidation price. Will they be trading at 1.60 Post Consolidation ??? Read the last few pages of the report .
