This should be a great buy at around $2.10, even here it is a bargain. I bought the last parcel at $2.13, sold at $2.50. I will re enter at hopefully $2.10 and sell in a few months at $2.5o it pays great divs, and is a fairy safe stock to buy and sell. One day managment will get their act together and it wont fluctuate as much in price , but untill then it is a good safe trader. !
