I expect it would be 35 to 45c equivalent all scrip bid if an early takeover was to eventuate.(ie:no JV)may do better if their were 2 bidders i am sure.

Obviously i think it is worth a lot more but without proving up the potential with drilling and associated costs and risks one has to weigh up the value with that in mind.
Anything above 50c equivalent i would be really happy.

In the JV case scenario you allude to ,who knows? With the costs and risks to drilling etc and any black swan events worldwide.So many variables.
It should be beneficial in time(maybe a couple of years) but personally i am happy to take my profits now with a total takeover

You have to remember both SXY and STO share prices are still cheap despite both their recent gains so an all scrip into either is attractive.
