Agree, and I still maintain that relative fair value for SIQ is $2.75 plus.
Based on my own calculations as at close from these were the p.e.'s
SGF 16.9x
MMS 15.8x
SIQ 12.3x
so even at a price of $2.75 SIQ would still trade at a pe of just 13.9x - cheap !!
