G'day Tomi, expecting again some fine results. Old announcement...the delisting is of concern to me though as well as the many sells I've noted from directors prior to the conference call.
ResMed concurs with market estimates; may delist in Aust 14:10, Thursday, 29 April 2004
Sydney - Thursday - April 29: (RWE) - ResMed Inc announced today that at a meeting of business executives in Sydney, chairman and chief executive Dr Peter Farrell stated that analyst estimates of ResMed's net profit for the year ending June 30 of about $56 million "are not silly".
Dr Farrell also announced that ResMed was considering delisting from the Australian Stock Exchange due to the expenses associated with
complying with two sets of listing requirements, particularly given differences in the regulatory requirements, and the potential impact ResMed's policy of not paying dividends may have on its trading price in
Australia.
