the Petro proposal I gather was done and dusted, and only needed the signoff in Beijing. But that never came, because of their fear of the political risk they associated with Aust at the time.
that must have changed, because now we have another private Chinese group trying to buy WCL on the cheap.
WCL have now ticked most of the boxes. once they execute the GSA which should come before end March, then WCL will know formally what their field development will require. then WCL can formalise its funding, on the back of a material GSA to a blue chip customer.
