    I use data the same way. That's what annoyed me about the change. I was uber frugal, using WiFi where I could, and now I may as well have just left it on. This also resonated with the minimum 10MB aspect of their pricing you've mentioned a few times.

    I agree that it does narrow their target market, but the market is IMMENSE. And to put things in perspective, we are literally doing a couple of hundred downloads a day. So, at previously provided conversion rates we are talking 40-100 new purchases a day. Now that's a wide range, but those are tiny numbers. As important is what these tiny numbers spend $10-$30 or $100+ ARPU.

    Anyway I know this quarterly won't reveal huge numbers but it will be the quality of those numbers that counts. Have you got any expectations?

    Most of these alienated customers won't be alienated until their expiry date pops up, and they will be faced with the same dilemma, spend a few bucks to use the service, or go out and buy another SIM. The path of least resistance wins (well that's what they and I/we hope).
