I'm not sure how big is the market is people who pays $10 and not sure when they are travelling. I know for the fact that the latest pricing plan is attractive to frequent traveller as $130 for 5GB, average per GB is around $26, good for frequent travellers who go multiple places. The smaller plans may be good for short term travellers less small data consumers, $6 for 10 days (less than $1/day), that would counter the Vodafone $5/day.

My take is they would have look at the data and know how much data is consumed by short term travellers and frequent travellers. Only time will tell base on their sales.
