Flexiroam charges a flat rate of 10mb/min of call on the Flexiroam X app for members, this is inclusive of the data usage to make the outgoing call. The charge will be the same regardless whether the user is on Flexiroam X network or other networks or on WiFi.

Thank you for your suggestions on the Flexiroam App, we will review it and take into consideration. Yes, we are consolidating the Flexiroam App into Flexiroam X to streamline our products. We have removed the Flexiroam App from App store and Google Play Store listing for downloads however existing users may still log onto their accounts and use their existing credits.

We are aware of the “error retrieving token” in our in App calling feature occasionally however we are working towards ensuring that this does not happen in the future. Thank you.
