I'm fascinated, can you provide any insight into basis of your modelled margin of 75%? As far as I'm aware they have never quoted a margin to TIS of sales revenue.
I've modelled lots of scenario outcomes but always assumed due to multiple partners who will all take a cut from manufacturing/sales etc margin to TIS would be sub 30%. (No basis for this either other than trying not to get too excited).
You could tweak sales volumes higher though as TIS modelled numbers hit 400k sales by 2020 based off Europe alone (650 odd with fda also)
