Bottomfeeder1.....I don't dispute that there is a potential for a take-over down the track, although I would be very disappointed if that happens, as I have purchased these as a long term hold, as this company finds its feet and develops as a bottom of the quarter residential housing developer. It seems to be doing this well as it shakes off the remains of MFS and the associated assets and of course it is paying a good return. Until TJN off loads the rest of their shares I think the share will be held back. Troy may very well be building up a large stake because he recognises the company's potential and the opportunity to purchase at such a low price with a currently high yield.
