Not sure what you mean by Troy buying at 19.5c. Did he personally buy or did TJN buy? I thought TJN were sellers and need to clear their total holding.

CVC are an interesting kettle of fish. They weren't players in GPM before, why all of a sudden have they apeared? Is it some form of deal that Troy has concocted? ie he did sell TJNs 8.3m shares in CLT into the buyback which would have beed a deal doen by him and CVC.

Are CVC and Troy going to do a deal to restructure or take out GPM. You need to keeop in mind that Trot was on the board and was very aware of the discussions that were taking place around GPM.

Notwithstanding I have to agree with you GPM is going to get intersting from here.
