Thank you for your message and continued support. To respond simply the press release is simply the truth and uncertainties are caused by the chat room experts speculating on what everything means in triplicate.
The well has finished drilling and is still undertaking final wireline logs which can take up to two days. This is essential to make sure that the drilling information is right and also to collect valuable geological and engineering information.A decision on a third well will be made in the next few weeks.Namibia is fully funded by Arcadia for the 3-D seismic and a first well.
Every failed exploration well is painful but the information gained will normally help in choosing the next location - remember that Heritage did not find oil until their third well in Block 3.

I was unaware Heritage failed 3 times before getting it right. Looks like Tower and GBP aren't giving up yet.
