We are already trading ex entitlements, so the market should be taking the dilution into account already. I would be surprised if people take up their entitlements only then dump them on the market. Personally I will probably wait until that last minute to take up my rights just in case the market price plunges due to a black swan event. If I can buy them cheaper on market then I will, but I doubt that I will be able to.
