Not being able to participate in the offer would be a real problem for me due to the massive dilution. Basically GRB is putting a gun to my head and saying give me money or I will dilute you by 80%. I would be very, very upset if I was in your shoes and unable to participate.

If your shares are registered via an Australian address, and you have Australian banking facilities, are you sure you cannot participate? You can download the offer documents from the registry website and BPAY the funds to them. Not that I would suggest you do anything illegal of course.

I am going to go along with being mugged by GRB management due to the extremely low offer price. Once it is all said and done my average price will be about 4 cents, which I am comfortable with.
