phil its nothing like that. For example I have a bid of 136402, which is just me rounding up on 1 of my accounts, so i can finish up my buying on that account and bottom draw it.

Why would springtree bid up the stock price? when their remaining CN's are based on vwaps.

I personally dont think that springtree have any shares outstanding, just $150,000 FV CN. As they would have sold this down already like they have been doing for the past 5 months or so.
