    Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Consegna Group Limited (Company) requests a trading halt pending an announcement in relation to Board and management changes.
    The announcement will be released to the market prior to the commencement of trading on Monday 4 February 2013 upon which the trading halt will cease. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
