been waiting for a good opportunity to re-enter
the thematics are shaping up nicely now
- resilient beef demand - australia continuing to win share vs US because of USD - with usd predicated to remain fairly strong or even strengthen
- la nino said to have peaked and a move straight to la nina (wet) cycle forecast - meanign drought for the US and continued rain into qld
- increased land values now look likely to hold and rise further - when those get brought to book is when AACo will really shine imo
