    Can you tell me if they had any indication of whether major shareholders have indicated taking up the current offer and was there any mention of the recent tax issues? Also, the March date for that chosen Russian company, if SLA isn't the chosen one for the DLO scheme, will this effect the 1000 dollar rebate by the Russian Ministry?
