From what I have seen from other NASDAQ type listings they will...

    From what I have seen from other NASDAQ type listings they will package numerous ASX shares into one NASDAQ share ... ie 1 NASDAQ OTC-QX share will equal 6 ASX listed shares - so 6 * 1.8 = 10.8c.

    However - as Bolier points out they still have to demonstrate $2 million in revenue & net income of $500,000 - which must give some indication of where we are at the moment in regards to sales.
