I must admit there are a lot of issues with KAB that I can't get my head around ( The convoluted interconnections ...The Celtic CN ...The Noble warrants...OKAP loan...etc)
When it comes to buying dogs (KAB is not actually a gorilla ,as we are led to believe)..I ask myself is there a profitable trade in it?
At 0.006 ,I think there is ,for the following reasons.
    1) A major in the form of Noble is interested....They will not hand cash to a dud.
    2) Jason Brewer was buying at market last year at 3 times the current SP.....He holds 6.6m shares.
    3) Heerden holds 26m shares.
    4) EIM Capital acquired its stake at 0.01.
    5) David Scanlen had 40m shares before acquiring the last 10m at 0.0044.
    6) Celtic Capital had faith in them.
    7) the recent placement to sophs was done at 0.01.
    8) Where we are in the commodities cycle...We are certainly far from a peak....If KAB were a dog among elite names,I wouldn't touch it...but it is a dog among many smelly ones.
    9) KAB has better odds of being a producer than hundreds of
    suckers littering our market.
All in all...at 0.006 ,the odds favor a profitable trade.....Not dreaming of the 10 bagger...just playing the odds.
