    agentm, thanks for these valuable details about roundhouse! Devon have developed a good reputation (I have read about them mainly for their mississippian play), so their success or failure at Roundhouse will say a lot about the prospect.

    Although without enough history of TXN, I agree that Wandoo's contribution can't be assumed in the future or credited for EFS in the past. But I DO think Foss has more knowledge than he has shown to date, and that may offer potential.

    I disagree with the neighbourhood conspiracy theory at EFS. There are a few players surrounding TXN's space, including a major one that messed up its own horizontals. These competitors would not collaborate on forcing lease obligations of one small company. Also, EFS wells are too expensive to waste on squeezing a neighbour to sell. Even if you hold most land around (for coordinated squeeze play), you might be the failed bidder if TXN did sell.

    No, I think TXN's lease obligations were standard deadlines and some coincidental perimeter drilling activities. It's very busy there!

    Meanwhile, WTI prices jumped up again, so might fire up OZ oilers with US activities.
