There are two type of CR:
Share Purchase Plan(SPP), it is offer shares to existing shareholders, rarely come with option right.

Share Placement - issued share to outside investor at discount price (either broker or institute), plus cheap option right.

They did CR on Nov 2011, It was private placemen with 20% discount plus 35c options.

overall SPP will push the share price down immediately, unless stockmarket on strong uptrend,

and share placement don't have immediate effect, except those cheap option may create a new resistance wall.
