I agree. Will surely be news flow over medium term once CR completes.
Quite a small CR, at 5c. Previous CR was done at 4c. This CR gives insiders the chance to get set before news flow and price appreciation.
Neither the explorers (O'Meara) or the investment bankers/advisory (Matt Walker/Cicero) involved in this deal are anything but the best. So seems a good bet to me.
