BUD conveniently chose not to talk about churn rate in last qtrly and that gives me indication of things aren't that pretty at that front.  I also agree with your rationale on lower revenue on last qtr as I can't see how Thor doesn't contribute anything at all.

But as previously posted, I would have sold out after seeing that 4C but LiFX keeps me hopeful.  I also think OHM is not dead yet and DM has a final trick in his bag which must have enticed LiFX management to join forces.  Will be interesting to hear your views on why LiFX chose to join forces with BUD?

All speculation on my behalf but don't think I have a choice but to give another 6-9 months.  One other thing which keeps my hope alive is his consistent message of b/e by end of this year.  If this message changes in 3-6 months then it clearly shows true colors of BUD management.
