BUD has a short term problem to sort out so LIFX can't float around to solve cash flow problems.

Potential aside BUD can't afford LIFX to stay in the cash negative bracket for long, if so cash becomes a problem and we all know what that means.

If LIFX make 70 mill you want profit out of it. You don't want to make 70mill for 69 mill cost that's only 1 mill profit.

We know they're making about 40mill and still negative this is why I keep saying we have no idea what we have yet.

My bet is DM still has some plays up his sleeve with OHM, big deals. Otherwise he will be in big trouble for not changing projections earlier.

I will keep commenting and like I said DM has to have something up his sleeve or he is f.....

A positive for me as well is that I am sure the LIFX owners won't let LIFX become redundant or insolvent via the acquisition. So they must know something in house as well my bet is some big deals are coming or DM is f.....
