Lets say you had a lifx light near the compressor and it notices an irregular hotspot, you might be able to change that bearing, condensor fan and save yourself a mint in preventative maintenance, identify areas needing ventilation, have lights that work with natural ambience and follow your employees around the building.
If this deal comes off, such massive potential.
