Debt finance is a cornerstone of the investment, that makes it material in my book.
They have cash and they have the ability to raise, so no debt or partial debt will not kill the deal so to speak.
Lot of hate for DM, but he is a major shareholder, so he won't like the dilution either, if he did they would have raised another $20m and burned us worse
