    Couple of questions. Please comment if anyone familiar.

    - If Debt finance is secured today, does it need to announced straight away? Or BUD has to wait for EGM outcome in 2 weeks?

    - If EGM approves acquisition and Debt finance is still under discussion, does it mean the deal has fallen through?

    - In upcoming 4C, will LiFX revenue will be recognized or will it only count after completion of acquisition?
