The Board is calling an EGM to put acquisition and capital raise resolutions to shareholders asap.
The 6 Feb announcement said the general meeting will be late March.
BUD need to provide 28 days notice of the meeting.
So expect to see a Notice of Meeting soon.

IMHO, given the $18.1m raise was completed at a $0.08 share price, the current share price is great value.
I think there'll be better on-market support post-acquisition.
It's a good sign the CEO and Chairman are both putting in $150k.
