Took a bit of looking, finally found history of coal prices.

Prices ranged between $68 and $74 a ton during last quarter 2004 and 1st quarter 2005.
SP during ranged approx. $3.50 to $5 in that time. Prices are from etrade, sorry can't paste chart.
