I don't think the Brexit will pan out exactly the way you imagine. It's not gonna be that much difference in the end.

Either way: UK will have to play by the rules the Elephant in the room wants, eventually.
Be it with Brexit agreement or later on under pressure from EU markets.
That's how things work in the real world!

If a heap of finance firms leave Britain which property and hard assets do they take back with them back to the EU that they control the use of into perpetuity????
