I for one must commend the company for explaining why its directors sold their shares. Very few companies provide explanations for directors' selling shares. However Mr Copulos statement:
"Mr Copulos has emphasised to the Directors his continued long-term support for the company, and his confidence in its current trading performance and especially its outlook"
doesn't preclude further sell down of his stake. No sane director would foreshadow further selloffs as that would deflate the share price and limit the upside.

The share price has just nipped back under the upper bollinger but still has some way to go before it may be considered to be "oversold". MACD lines have just crossed.
