Comdek(or comdek#1),the old CDS(go on,do a quick search!).Trident Capital/Peter Christie(director of CDS,now chairman of SFP),involved in putting the Waterberg coal project into Comdek,then changed name to Resourse Generation or RES.
Now Trident/P.Christie are on board SFP(or Comdek#2 !!)...you getting it?Go and check the prospectus.So with PriceSierakowskiCorp/Trident/Christie>>lots of experience with putting projects into shells or otherwise.Imo I don't think the mangt want to play with needles,but likely to source a mining project(s) and put into SFP.There are a lot of projects out there looking for a shell co, just hoping now they find a good one.Just my humble take on things.
