Correct aussieyank - I couldn't understand at the time why they made no attempt to raise funds from shareholders. Obviously the intention was to allow the US company to take over the assets - and more importantly the marketing and profile in the US - for just the value of the debt - it absolutely stinks to high heaven. Surprise surprise Josh Goldman is working for the new US owners - I'm guessing he did a deal to allow him to move back to the US and keep pulling the strings. Not a murmur from ASIC - someone owes the shareholders some kind of an explanation.
