Damn this is a frustrating stock to be a holder (long term) of especially considering it has potential.

Proposed strategy

Per June qtr report
Shares on issue 194.6
Market cap 3.5m

Recommended forward plan
1)provide market update on smart program and results as stated in last quarterly - this would maintain some street cred
2) cap raise to get cash - lets say and it may be unrealistic , 75 mil shares at 0.04 to generate 3 m cash
3) 75 @ 4 cents based on value potential of company - would put new market cap at 10.8 m (269.6 shares * 4cents)
4) use some of the cash working capital to get management in place to drive business outcomes
5) use most of the cash to drill , drill , drill to prove the value of this company

Option 2 - WIP , Currently reviewing the last 3 years of market announcements to determine if this warrants another course of action
